Job Description

Due to rapid growth, we are seeking a Projects Administrator to join our team on a full time basis.

Quattro Project Engineering is a successful and innovative WA based Engineering and Construction Services Company servicing the Resources and Civil Sectors for over 10 years. Quattro has consulted and contracted with a diverse range of clients including international mining houses, mid-tier miners, government entities and developers and have delivered a multitude of projects from pre-feasibility through to construction and commissioning. The Role

As a result of continuous company growth, we are currently seeking a Projects Administrator to join our Team based in Perth Head office on a permanent full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing and growing team to step into the next phase of your career.

Duties include but not limited to;

Projects

  • Providing wide-range project and administrative support to the Operations and the Projects Team
  • Preparation of documents and reports as required ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Maintaining purchase orders and invoices as directed by Project Manager / Project Engineer
  • Document control support
  • Coordinating and administering meetings, including issuing of minutes
  • Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers
  • Project INX Administrative support
  • Develop, edit, and proofread project documentation and templates
  • Other duties as required by the Project Managers

Mobilisation

  • Assisting mobilisation requirements by working alongside the nominated Project Engineer or Project Manager

About You

  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration is desired but not essential
  • Project or Contracts Management and Document Control training or qualifications is desired but not essential
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in project administration or site administration
  • Experience in Pronto, Procore, Microsoft Projects, INX is desired but not essential
  • Work autonomously and show initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong capabilities with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work towards deadlines and demonstrate excellent time keeping skills
  • Ability to adapt to change, manage stress and persist towards goals despite obstacles
  • High levels of attention to detail
