We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to support contract administration and commercial processes across our projects. You will:

• Maintain contract registers, documentation and correspondence;
• Assist with contracts, variations, claims and subcontract administration;
• Coordinate with project teams to gather supporting documentation; and
• Track contract obligations, approvals, key dates and commercial risks.

To be successful in this role you will come with:

• Experience in contract, project or procurement administration;
• A qualification or current study in business administration, project management or a related discipline (desirable but not essential);
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities; and
• Strong communication skills, Microsoft Office competency and accurate record-keeping.
