We are seeking an HSEQT Specialist to join our safety team, providing support to various sites Australia-wide and sharing their knowledge and expertise to maintain compliance across our projects. You will:

• Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident investigations to maintain safety and compliance;
• Monitor environmental and quality standards, identifying areas for improvement;
• Coordinate safety inductions, toolbox talks and competency-based training; and
• Maintain training records and drive continuous improvement across HSEQT systems and processes.

To be successful in this role you will come with:

• Minimum five years' experience in an HSEQT Coordinator role or equivalent;
• A Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (WHS);
• Strong knowledge of current safety legislation and its practical application in the workplace; and
• A hands-on, collaborative approach, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• INX database experience will be highly regarded.
