Quattro Project Engineering has over 10 years of experience delivering engineering and construction solutions to the resources and civil sectors. Quattro manages projects from feasibility to commissioning, ensuring reliable outcomes through disciplined engineering.

We are seeking a Safety Trainer to support workforce competency, operator training and safety compliance. You will:

Deliver operator training and competency assessments;
Maintain training records and competency matrices in INX;
Review and update training materials; and
Conduct site observations and inspections to promote safe work practices.

REGISTER YOUR INTEREST

To be successful in this role you will come with:

TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment;
Experience in training and competency assessments, ideally within mining;
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; and
A hands-on approach to safety and workforce development.
