We're seeking experienced Underground Boilermakers to join our team, specialising in paste reticulation systems and underground fixed plant maintenance within Western Australia. This role plays a key part in keeping critical mining operations running safely and efficiently.

Duties include but not limited to;

• Fabricate, weld, and install steel structures, piping, and equipment in underground mining environments.
• Maintain and repair paste reticulation systems.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance, inspections, and breakdown repairs on underground fixed plant.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, welding symbols, and specifications.
• Carry out welding, cutting, and fabrication to support underground operations.
• Identify and report hazards, defects, or potential failures to supervisors in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Operations teams to minimise downtime and maximise production.
• Actively participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Pastefill Coordinator.

• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate in Boiler making / Metal Fabrication.
• Experience working in underground mining or heavy industrial environments.
• Demonstrated experience with paste reticulation systems or similar piping/infrastructure is desirable.
• Proficiency in MMA and MIG welding and fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Current manual driver's license (HR/MC desirable).
• Confined Space, Working at Heights, and EWP tickets desirable.
• National Police Clearance is required prior to background checks commencing.
• Strong commitment to safety and hazard management in underground environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
