Join our team as a Products Delivery Manager on a permanent full-time basis. This is a valuable opportunity to leverage your leadership expertise and drive strategic outcomes at Quattro, while working alongside a highly experienced Products team committed to collaboration and continuous improvement.

Duties include but not limited to;

• Translate technical product insights into actionable business recommendations and contribute to demand forecasts, budgets, and strategic planning.
• Monitor product quality and swiftly address issues to maintain market leadership and identify opportunities or threats across current and future product lines.
• Oversee cross-functional coordination across engineering, supply chain, and product delivery to ensure timely, high-quality project execution.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, budgets, and end-of-month (EOM) reporting for product performance and inventory metrics.
• Oversee workshop delivery schedules, order processing, and inventory management to align with production timelines and forecasts.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics to optimise supply chain workflows and ensure efficient, scalable, and cost-effective systems.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to the product team, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with Quattro's values.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members.
• Other responsibilities as directed by the Executive General Manager.

• Demonstrated mining/industrial related delivery experience
• Project management experience, with a track record of leading initiatives to successful completion.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Must have proven experience leading projects and mentoring small teams
• High level of attention to detail and documentation writing
