Jeremy Palmer is the Founder and Managing Director of Quattro Project Engineering. A dual-qualified engineer and seasoned project leader, he brings over 20 years of experience in consulting, construction, and client-side project management across Australia and overseas.
Since founding Quattro, Jeremy has overseen its growth from a startup to a trusted design and construct provider. He is focused on ensuring project delivery meets client expectations while fostering a cohesive team of capable professionals.
Jeremy is passionate about mentoring his team and building a workplace culture centred on development, accountability, and opportunity. His leadership combines industry expertise with a long-term commitment to helping others succeed in their careers.
Amanda Capstick is a cross-functional business support leader with over 15 years of experience in driving operational performance through business systems and services. Since joining Quattro in 2021, she has played a key role in overseeing day-to-day business support functions and implementing company-wide technology systems.
As a member of the Quattro Leadership Team, Amanda ensures that operational processes align with strategic goals, using data-driven insights to support growth and continuous improvement. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Diploma of Management and is a member of both the Australian Institute of Management (AIMM) and the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AAusIMM).
Based in Perth, Amanda is passionate about mentoring emerging professionals, encouraging collaboration, and fostering a culture of learning and development across the business.
Jamie Cartwright is an experienced executive leader with over 30 years in managing complex projects across mining, engineering, and infrastructure. He has led large-scale initiatives exceeding $2 billion, delivering operational excellence and commercial results in dynamic environments.
As Executive General Manager at Quattro, Jamie brings deep expertise in contract management, project delivery, and business operations. His leadership experience spans organisations like Rio Tinto, Brierty, WorleyParsons, and Wood Group, with international roles in the Middle East.
Jamie holds a Master’s in Engineering Project Management from the University of Adelaide. Known for his strategic mindset and collaborative leadership, he is focused on delivering sustainable outcomes and supporting the growth of high-performing teams.
Austin Cullen is a Chartered Structural Engineer with over 20 years of experience across civil, structural, and project engineering. Since joining Quattro in 2012, he has played a pivotal role in leading the company’s engineering and consulting services, including registered plant and asset management.
As General Manager, Austin is committed to upholding quality standards and driving innovation across projects. He is also a passionate mentor, guiding junior and mid-tier engineers through structured coaching, feedback, and career planning.
Austin’s leadership helps foster a supportive team culture where professional development and technical excellence go hand in hand.
Lachlan Reed is a Contract Manager with extensive experience in engineering, procurement, and construction projects across the mining and infrastructure sectors. He specialises in commercial strategy, risk mitigation, and contract negotiation, ensuring projects are delivered in line with strategic objectives.
Throughout his career, Lachlan has led major underground and surface infrastructure works across Australia and Papua New Guinea, including complex EPCM and Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) contracts. He plays an important governance role at Quattro, aligning project execution with business goals and compliance standards.
Lachlan is committed to building accountable, collaborative teams and takes an active role in mentoring professionals. Outside of work, he is passionate about regenerative agriculture, emerging construction technologies, and contributing to sustainable industry practices.
Zoro brings deep experience in the mining and construction sectors, having worked across operational, commercial, and strategic roles over his career. Starting as a heavy machinery operator in open-cut and underground mining, he progressed into leadership positions including Branch Manager, Products Manager, Infrastructure Manager, and Strategic Projects Lead.
At Quattro, Zoro focuses on expanding market presence, building strong client relationships, and ensuring high service standards. He is known for his ability to align offerings with client needs, streamline operations, and drive business growth.
Zoro is passionate about mentoring team members and cultivating a culture built on service excellence, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
Joe Hadlow is a Workplace Health and Safety leader with nearly five decades of experience in the resources and construction industries. Beginning his career as an operator, Joe brings a hands-on understanding of industry risks and uses this knowledge to mentor and support team members at all levels.
As SEQT Manager at Quattro, Joe champions a safety-first culture built on trust, communication, and genuine care for his colleagues. His leadership style—"mentor, guide, support, and assist"—helps balance productivity with a strong focus on wellbeing.
