We are currently seeking a Business Support Coordinator to join our Team based in our Robina Office on a permanent full-time basis. QPE is a medium-sized business and we are looking for someone who can provide ongoing support to our experienced Team in a timely and professional manner.
Duties of the position include but not limited to;
• Managing office calls and email inboxes
• Managing printing, stationery supplies and office ordering
• Coordinating deliveries and managing when arriving in the office
• Supporting Accounts Officer as required including entering requisitions and purchase orders
• Processing expense claims
• Providing support to Business divisions and general administration when required
• Other duties as required by Business Support Manager and Management Team
• Successfully completed year 12
• Cert IV in Business Administration is highly desirable
• Accounts experience preferable but not essential
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Computer, MS Suite and data entry skills
• Ability to follow instructions
• Excellent work ethic and a can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Full driver’s license
